Tygart provides government agencies with a full range of IT services through solutions and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicles, as both a prime and subcontractor on various contract vehicles. We also have a commercialized products division with the focus on building custom software solutions that deliver high value digital media intelligence.


General Services Administration (GSA) – Information Technology Schedule 70  – IT Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing a broad range of IT professional services, product and Biometric solutions. Tygart is a prime contract holder (47QTCA24D001E).

FBI ITSSS-2 – Tygart is a Small Business prime on the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Information Technology Supplies and Support Services-2 (ITSSS-2) blanket purchase agreement (BPA) – Under ITSSS-2, Tygart will provide technical services and development projects to support the successful execution of the FBI’s complex mission and daily operations. The follow-on to the ITSSS BPA, on which Tygart was also a prime awardee, is a potential eight-year, $8 billion Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to transform business processes and enhance mission delivery to the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) components. The Tygart team will support FBI and DOJ components with new and innovative Information Technology Services and Support varying in size and complexity to optimize operational efficiencies.

PBGC ITIOSS – Tygart is a subcontractor on PBGC’s Information Technology Infrastructure Operations Services and Support (ITIOSS) contract, focusing on Development, Modernization and Enhancement (DM&E) projects, implementing secure, enterprise-wide solutions and products.

FEC ITSS – Tygart is a prime contractor supporting over 20 applications and processes for the Federal Election Commission (FEC). This single award, development contract provides Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support, day-to-day production support, bug fixes, patching, security, new report development, and business logic changes while supporting migration to the cloud environment.
