NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) Information Officer Solutions and Partners 3 (ClOSP3) – Small Business
CIO-SP3 Small Business is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) from NITAAC that can be used by any federal civilian or DoD agency to fulfill a broad range of mission critical IT requirements. With a $20 billion ceiling, flexible contract types and the ability to award in modular increments and incorporate performance-based features, CIO-SP3 Small Business allows for streamlined planning, acquisition and deployment of large-scale IT program requirements while leveling the playing field with more meaningful small business competition.
This 10-Year, multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) GWAC is designed for efficient contracting of agency IT requirements. CIO-SP3 Small Business Contract Holders have gone through a comprehensive review process prior to award, which includes dimensions such as technical capabilities, past performance, price and cost. This enables CO’s to use simplified evaluations at the task order level, resulting in significant savings in time, money and resources.
Tygart is a subcontractor to a woman-owned, small business awardee in six task areas that meet scientific, administrative, managerial, and information management requirements, Tygart’s strong background in Biometrics and IT Solutions and Engineering are highlighted in each of the task areas:
Task Area 1 – IT Services for Biomedical Research, Health Sciences, and Healthcare – Performing studies and analyses and providing operational, technical, and maintenance services including integration of Health Systems, modernization and enhancement of legacy systems and IT Service Management.
Task Area 2 - Chief Information Officer (CIO) Support – Implementing IT laws, regulations, and polices and to include IT Governance process development and management, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) support, agency IT Architecture support, program analyses, and Program Management Office (PMO) support.
Task Area 6 – Integration Services - Development and deployment of integrated information systems, which includes infrastructure engineering, development, implementation, integration; data migration and integration; enterprise data management; Business Process Reengineering (BPR); systems engineering; and architecture validation and verification.
Task Area 8 – Digital Government - Support government services that are provided through digital and electronic means such as data warehousing and data mining; Business Intelligence (BI); web development and support; and IT Strategic Planning.
Task Area 9 – Enterprise Resource Planning – The implementation of enterprise management applications and systems in the federal environment, which require integration of business systems, business transformation and BPR; business systems modernization; IT Infrastructure; and infrastructure planning, installation, and tuning.
Task Area 10 - Software Development – Develop customized software/database applications and other solutions not available in off-the-shelf modular software applications involving requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing; production deployment; BI and analytics; and database development and management.
